Each registration (except Tutorials) comes with one Banquet Ticket by
default. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased while registration @ INR 5000
or USD 80 per ticket if purchased on or before 14-September-2019. After
14-September-2019 it will cost INR 6000 or USD 100 per ticket.

- At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register
for the conference at
appropriate rate as per the applicable category and present the
paper in order for it to
be included in the conference proceedings of TENCON 2019, and
subsequent submission to
IEEE Xplore® digital library. If more than one author of an
accepted paper wish to
attend the conference, all such authors need to register separately
by paying applicable
registration fee.
- Additional authors (other than those who are included in the
manuscript submitted for
review) cannot be added to the camera ready paper. However
co-authors of a paper or
anyone interested in attending the Tutorials/Workshops/Technical
Sessions of IEEE
TECON2019 can do so after registering for the conference as
"Attendee" by paying the
requisite registration fees. The registration process as well as
registration fee is the
same for both authors and attendees.
- Each registration(IEEE member/non-member/student/Life Member) covers
only one paper per
registrant. Each additional accepted paper can be registered at
applicable
(early/normal/on-site) IEEE student member rate irrespective of the
category of authors.
- The maximum allowable pages in the camera ready paper are 6 pages. A
maximum of two more
pages are permissible by paying extra page-length charges. The
additional payment
required for extra pages is Rs.2000/page for Indian authors of all
categories and USD
40/page for all categories of foreign authors.
- Registration fee and other privileges shall be the same for authors
of both oral and
poster presentation papers.
- In order to reduce the burden on the delegates, the organizers
have decided to
absorb the Goods and Services Tax (18%GST and 1% Flood Cess) in
the previously
announced registration fee shown in the table. Hence the
additional amount required
to be paid by the delegates apart from the registration fee is
the nominal payment
gateway charges only. Please note that only delegates from India
are allowed to
register in Indian Rupees. All other delegates have to register
in USD
- IEEE TENCON 2019 uses the payment gateway by , which provides
payment facility
through credit card, debit card and net-banking. As is an Indian
payment gateway, all
registration fees will be shown and charged in Indian Rupees. Our
foreign
authors/attendees may make a note of it. Upon completion of the
registration including
payment, you will get a confirmation e-mail with payment receipt.
For foreign
authors/attendees, registration fees in USD will be mentioned in it.
Any queries on
registration may be directed to the Registration Chairs of the

- Authors claiming subsidized registration fees for IEEE
members/students need to produce
valid IEEE membership card and/or valid Institute
student ID card in the registration counter at the time of reporting
for conference
failing which they will be required to pay the applicable balance
registration fee of the relevant category. Additionally all student
registrants should
scan and upload the proof of enrollment (valid student ID showing
name and current status) as well as IEEE membership card (if
applicable) during the
registration.
- Any queries on registration may be directed to the Registration
Chairs of the conference
at
- The registration fees (excluding Tutorial only registration) include
the conference
kit,admission to all tutorials/workshops/technical sessions,
lunch on all conference days, morning and evening refreshments, and
the banquet dinner
on the second/third day of the conference. Authors have to make
their own arrangements for stay at Kochi and transportation to
hotel/conference venue.
Details of a few hotels with special rates to conference delegates
will be made available in the conference website once the camera
ready paper submission
starts. Tutorial registration covers lunch and refreshments on the
day of tutorial.
- Authors have to complete the registration process before uploading
the camera ready
paper and e-copyright form as per the stipulated final
dates. Bank/Payment gateway details will be given in the conference
website once the
paper acceptance notifications are issued to authors.
- Refund of registration fee will be made after deduction of
cancellation charge (USD
100/INR 5000), if written notification is received before
1-October-2019. No refunds
will be made after this date and will be marked as no-shows.
- Cancellation must be notified to the organizers in writing by
sending e-mail to
- All bank service charges and all administration fees will be
deducted from all
Conference registration refund. Note that for administrative
reasons, refund will be
made after the Conference.
- Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have
at least one author
attend and present the paper at the conference. Non-presented
paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as
per IEEE no-show
policy.
